This two Tier 16th Birthday cake was made with total love. Its Velvet Vanilla Sponge Cake, filled with Wisx Cakes signature buttercream and Strawberry Conserve. The bottom tier is 8″ Round, 4 layer high. the top tier is a 6″ dummy cake. Some clients love a two tier cake but in-fact don’t actually need that amount of cake so we make dummy tiers too they are always a good option.
All the ruffles are individual handmade using the finest sugar paste and absolutely edible. The birthday message is using sweet stamps and pant painted.
