These are Piped Tulips on top on a Semi-Naked Cake using Wisx Cake signature Buttercream.
We used the rose pipping nozzle here just to edge and finish off the cake base. Wisx Cakes signature Buttercream used.
This is an 8″ Raspberry & White Chocolate flavour Sponge Cake topped with Tulips and edged with Roses all buttercream. Raspberry Conserve was used for the filling. This style used to cover the sides of the cake is the semi-naked look, so you can just see the sponge cake coming through the buttercream.
